The objective of the Argonauts Programme, which arises directly from Poland’s Knowledge, Education, Development 2014-2020  Operational Programme, is to transfer the most effective practices in the field of organisation, administration, finance and management into Polish public policies. The Argonauts Programme will serve to promote and enhance international cooperation, as well as help identify good practices functioning within public administration. The Programme will also help to provide public tasks of better quality, efficiency and accessibility in public administration.

All this will be achieved by allowing the direct participants of the Programme to take part in short foreign study visits or job shadowing in partner institutions/organisations (host institutions), after which they are familiar with the management solutions applied in other European Union Member States.
